One might have imagined that after ten years there would be little left to say about estates that hasn't already been said: Relocation (Lyons Review) Efficiency (Gershon Review) Asset Management (High Performing Property), yet rarely have Public Sector estates professionals been tasked with a greater challenge than the one facing them at present - how to design and deliver a fit for purpose estate that supports the business in question, against a background of competing resources, with little or no new money.
This conference brings together key central and local government decision makers and participants responsible for meeting this challenge and for delivering a more efficient, effective and sustainable public sector estate. It will provide delegates with the latest progress and thinking on the improvements that have already been made and are still to be made.
